anywayy, there was a prefects meeting. And it was actually a meeting with the exco..they wanted to see us (sec 2 prefects) one by one. =Z
I was quite nervous, cos i thought they were gonna ask difficult questions about being an exco. WHEW! hahah

I'm so tired now..heheh..
I woke up at around 6.30, then went for piano lesson at 7.45, then rushed to meet the others at the serangoon mrt. hey i jus realised that the 5 of us are the same 5 who went for the wild wild wet. hahahah!
anyway, the devo comm went to mac's for breakfast. And amanda was quite poor thing, cos she already ate hers. didnt know that we were eating breakfast.
Then there was a bit of trouble deciding wat to do.
but first, after the macs we went to tamp mall. My church! hehe!
yeah we went to take some neos, and for one machine, we could only take 4 lor. So val wrote, "this sucks!" hahah! when we were taking there, suddenly got this weird pig there. but luckily we didnt get that. hahahah!!
Then we all split up and met again at tamp mrt. So i went with rebecca to toys r us. nothing much there la. But there was this cotton candy maker, $60! yikes! hehe
Oh ya, forgot to talk about my engagement rings. There are like 23 of them. Hahah. I wore it thruout the outing! and ryna actually said, "hey cool ring!" ahahah it's not even a ring! =)
ok never mind, talk about the body shop. We went into the body shop, and i saw this oceanus thing. i donno why but somehow i realised that it was valerie's perfume. And you know what? ever since the leader's camp, i seem to smell it. Or maybe it's just my imagination. hahahah, i liked it too much.
So i just took that thing and sprayed on myself a lot. rebecca also helped. hahah and she also sprayed on herself.
yay, so i managed to smell like val today! hehehe! =)
in the end we ate a final tea (like ice cream) in macs (again. i just realised it. heheh n i was the one to suggest it). Then we split up from there. So the awesome 5 asses went to WWW. Quite fun lah! Especially the boat! we sat 3 times! yellow yellow red!! hahah! And i sat the two ppl ride twice.. yikes it was scary. cos for both times i was the one sitting at the seat where u go head down. Yow i can feel it now. =Z but it's ok, i'm nice! kong rong rang li.. althea rang seat. hahaha!
ok and the 5 wet asses took neos! again! So we took neos 3 times! hahah..
Devos are the best! i find them soo crappy. Especially when we were at the wave pool! Suddenly, valerie decided to push my head in, and they said they wanted to baptise me. I think i got pushed in twice? Then they splashed water, saying, sprinkling of holy water. hahah! Crappy!
hmmm then rebecca n i went to eat dinner at kfc in heartland mall! My Zinger took so long, and so did my regular fries. I changed the cheesey to normal. Then the counter person, if i didn't hear wrongly, (maybe i did) called me "sir". what? haha and she talked so softly, and the music was playing so loud that i couldnt really hear her. So i seemed very gong. it's something like this:

yesterday 'we are the peace' conferenced! From now on, we are "we are the peace"! hahahahh!! nice name right?
We conferenced for the first time!! hahah we also talked gibberish for sometime, and avian could understand most of it. wow. We actually planned to go out tomoro but my daddy dont allow lor. Sad. We talked from 11 plus to..somewhere, then i continued on with beanbag till 2.30 plus. wowowow that's late. I only slept for 4 hours =)
heheh, today the singspiration committee met at 8am, and after the meeting we went to heartland mall's macdonalds for BREAKFAST!!!! It was so fun there! the mac guy actually took our orders at our table and served us lor. How interesting.
Oh yeah i saw 4 gb seniors there too. Then when athalie and i were waving at them, trying to say hi, they didn't see us and wave back, but however, 2 guys who we dont know waved back. hahah
I owe 2 ppl money today! Cos i didn't bring money except some cents.
Then, we went to "window shop". we went to watsons and played with the hairbands and makeup. hahah and we saw this very gross thing. You know the teletubbies vacuum cleaner? it's those kind of thing that kiddies sit inside, and if they put coins in, the thing would move and sing a song for them. And this thing, (without the coins) we can move its eyes and nose. hahahahahahh it was gross! i shant explain anymore!
Then hor, guess what? we took neoprints! heheh, i like the one where only the sec 1s and i took it. hahah i was a bit extra. And athalie practically fell in love with my guitar. She couldn't bear to part with it! she even took it out of the case and took the neos with it. hahah.

LEADERS CAMP!!!!! hahahaha!!
yay, leaders camp was great! ok i'll start off with the first day.
1st day:
First, we met together. i still felt a little sick that time. but i was ok. then, we sang songs and i played the guitar. ok this doesn't sound fun but i'm getting to it!!
hehe, then, the others went kayaking, and me, nic ding and grace w. stayed back in school, and we had to join the sec 1s till the rest went back to the gb bb campsite.
guess what? one of us had to do commanding for the sec 1s when they take attendance. and guess what? i was the one who had to do it. what else could i expect anyway? hehe, nic is a slacker, and grace..well, she won't have much of a say with nic around. =)
Soooo, we waited and waited until it was THE TIME for me to command. haha.
so i stood in front of the sec 1s and the other sec 2s stood somewhere else. actually i thought it was gonna be a proper roll call, but then michelle chang or something like dat just gave me instructions lor. like "take dressing now" and something like that. hehe.
then, the worst part was that i kept laughing. or giggling. =) at least didn't burst out laughing, so it was quite ok lah. but i never commanded for anyone, except those kind of practice with frens drill. so it sounded very odd! =D
then we went up to the ava theaterette for the briefing for the sec 1 tc. it was quite odd! some of the sec 1s thought that we went to help the officers or something.
wow i'm still on the 1st day.
it was quite fun with the sec 1s. i actually told someone that i could stay with them forever. (i meant for the rest of the camp =D) then i got to know Shiny Legs better!! but when u swim, ur legs can become like that, so shiny meh?? anyway shiny legs also had bruised legs. but she is still called shiny legs =D
ok, a lot of things happened on the first night.
first, we got a scolding after dinner by miss lin. after that we had mass games!! the sucking mentos games was quite funny, and the best was the *tap*-I LOVE SHARON!
haha!! michelle chang was in charge of the game. when we went to tat station, she said "i know who's gonna be the loudest already." oh i think ms ting was there too. then, wat happened was michelle made everyone stand up around me, with the ability to open their eyes, and i was in the middle (still with closed eyes, squatting down) shouting "I love Sharon!" at the top of my voice. hehehe sharon said "i love you too!"
that night, i couldnt really sleep cos too many things happened that day, so couldn't really settle down. then i kept thinking about the sharon game. =D
2nd day!
yuck, heritage tour and service learning. hehe, squad 1 and 3 were together, so i stuck with esther most of the time. and our seniors were grace and angel. well there's nothing much to say lah. but the elderly lady my group took was very pitiful, and she didnt have much will to live already. she thought life was meaningless. I didn't talk to her cos she spoke dialect, hehe, so sylvia and mrs chong helped to translate whatever she said.
hmmmm...nothing much happened today lah. but, oh yeah!! i think this was the day that devotion comm didnt brush teeth at night, is it? hehehe our stinky secret. wait, maybe it was first night. i'm not too sure!
oh yes oh yes i think this was the night when we had this blindfold game. it was so fun!!! the best part was when we entered the ROOM. by the way, when we were in the ROOM, my grp was made up of devos!!! wooohoo!! =) then we kept singing! we held on TOGETHER! haha.. anyway, in the room, someone kept touching my face with her fingers. wonder who was that. and kept irritating my face with something. so i grabbed hold of that thing. but then i think ms ting said, "itchy fingers"! so i let go of it. in the room, it was really funny, they used their legs as obstacles for us to climb over. I was the one in front of the group lah, but then i was also blindfolded. I kept saying, "I'm confused." The 2nd time i said that, i think ms ting said "this is the 2nd time you said that". hahaha. i think they didn't like me saying that. Then later ms ting was trying to discourage me or something, she kept bringing up my confusement. "Althea, you are confused right?" and more nonsense. hehe.
yes i think today was the day when esther and i came up with the i love ms lin song!! i kept wanting to sing that song in front of ms lin, but in the end we DIDN"T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =( boohoohoo..

Her lesson was interesting lor. She let us watch chicken run. i dont really like that show but it was fine. and she brought her friend ginger. hahaha but it was kinda gay.(new word learnt from esther) "i brought my friend along!" so i said hi to that silly chicken.
i shall skip the other boring ones. haha for one my eyes were closing, almost as bad as mrs loo's bio lesson.
then for the last training kit i was in the same group as aud han, er..francesca, pui ling, errr...who's that..i can't really remember. but i can remember the rest becos they were sitting in front of me. =) and aud han was kind of destructive to our structure! she kept pulling the straws out! So i thought that the teacher wanted her to be someone who's supposed to DESTROY! hahahaha
oh yes, CAMP FIRE!!!!!!!!! wait wait, special programme first!! Mrs Chong's farewell!!!! hahaha!!! i like our skit lor! the leader's one! it was quite lame actually, but it's nice! it's about a GB day when everything went haywire.
so it started with inventry, and jacqueline was late! HAHA! then, it was DEVOTION!!!!!!!! we started by leading in songs, and we sang, "climb climb up sunshine mountain"! Then breanna, me, valerie and esther were the ones singing, and winnie was the one playing the guitar. So we all were like moving up and down! hahaha!! it was so toot! (so gay!)
then right, we all "forgot" the lyrics, so we stopped and said, oh no we forgot the lyrics! so we decided to sing "this is the day". then we sang the song until gao xiao. wait i donno what's the word! never mind. so i sang it until so low, then the teachers were like laughing and laughing at all of us when we sang the whole song. then we sang until so unenthu! hehe!
So of course after singing we pray right? so we were like,"you pray lah! no you pray lah!" and all that nonsense. so in the end i got pushed to the front, and i "shivered in fright"! hahaha! then the prayer goes like this "d-dear God,..thank You for today! AMEN!" then i ran away. hahahah our skit was cool!
and THEN, it was sophia's turn! hehehe!! the drill comm! wow, can u just imagine komathi marching like that? never lor. hahah slackers! then the badgework, aud han was mrs chong! and everyone wasnt paying attention. hahah i cant really remember the rest of the skit. but we just sang Go light your world and Find us faithful. =)
I'll never forget the campfire. I was also part of the campfire comm, so during the campfire, francesca and i were the mcs for singing. Then francesca was afraid of the mike, so i was the one talking. =D I discovered that i liked the mike so much. i kept wanting the mike. hehehe! Like addict like that. I just talked crap into the mike. Then during the friendship dance, it was so fun! especially when i can tell them wat to do. haha! I told them to crawl. "Get down on your knees everybody! We're going to crawl!" hahahah!! And the hentak one made everyone look stupid! haha!!
Then when it was time for sharing, i was the first one to share. Then someone said, "yay Althea!" then started clapping, then in the end everyone clapped. anyway, we all always clapped. haha. I just talked about this, "I was sick on tuesday, wednesday, thursday, so do u know why i could come to the camp?" then they were like, "WHY?" haha, then i said, "hehe, cos God healed me! ya i'm very happy to be here! ya that's all!" hahah that was it! short and simple. But i forgot to talk about devotion comm!!! HOW COULD I?? For the rest of the sharers, they came in groups. looks like i was the only confident person. hahaha
Oh yes! the devo comm finally managed to sing the song. but you know what? the lyrics were changed!!!! so wats the point!!!! Ms lin was changed to officers! =(
but at least we sang lahh. During the clean up, i learnt the real lyrics for I like big butts, and i've already typed those in.
Oh ya, during the camp, i discovered that actually fran and pui (don mind me calling u all that =D) are not scary! hahaha they are very friendly!
oh yea i forgot to talk about the sleeping part! AMARIA slept with us!! DEVOS rule! haha!
and actually esther was sharing the bed with me! then the others were like, "you two better not do anything funny!" then esther said, "what else can we do?..besides gaying around?" hahahah!
and esther showed me how i slept that night. i was like up close to her, facing her, and with a silly smile on my face, peacefully sleeping. then she said she woke me up to tell me that she's going up to her own bunk, and i said "oh ok." but i really cant remember doing that at all! hahahaha anyway i didn't know i smiled in my sleep. must be smile too much when i not sleeping. heeheheh so gay!

we had drill test! WE PASSED!!! ALL OF US!!!! except two sec 1s..but we passed! I finally passed stage 2!! i want to go to the DI course!
yay it was VERY SIMPLE. especially the theory. SOOooo simple. tooo simple! it was a DRAMATIC CHANGE! wonderful! =)
by the way, if u guys are still worrying, the officers got my hp! haha when i realised i "lost" it on the bus back to the campsite, i wasnt worried at all. i had this.. PEACE in me. (hold on, don get excited, i'm not supporting the peace platoon okay.hehe.) My devos and sophia and others kept asking me, where did u leave it? and all the questions, showing so much care, and i wasnt even worried at all. heehehehe!!
anyway i didn't have to worry, the Lord took care of it!!!!!!! =) ya anyway, mrs ong took such GREAT CARE of me and peixuan's hp that she brought it all the way home. somewhere in thomson or something. sooo, ms ho, being the great responsible captain (i'm not being sarcastic!), drove us to mrs ong's house! and back home! all the way! wow! cool! =D
it was actually quite fun talking to her. she said that i've changed since sec 1. yeah i have! thanks to the william hung experience! =D esther also realised that i started opening up after that. GB really changed my life. just like it has changed so many others. especially ms ho. (heeheheee macdonalds!!!) it's actually really amazing HOR! hahahh cos God is doing a work in us! cool! I didn't know i could talk so much.

wah, last night i talked on de phone until 3am today. now i'm soooo tired!!
actually i woke up a few times in the morning, but i kept going back to sleep. in the end, i was awokened by my sis, bcos my piano teacher called to say that i had a piano lesson today.
i totally forgot about the lesson! and i didn't do my theory n everything. hehe.
anyway, it was terrible, the first thing i had to do right after i woke up was go to piano lesson. yikes.

went with tiffany to orchard today! tiff has got another nickname: PEWSS (push instead of hit)
the best part was when we watched shark tale. when we were buying the tickets, we were so blur. we didn't even know where to buy the tickets from. hahah! so dumb.
When we were buying the popcorn, i suggested the medium. then we saw the cup. it was gigantic! GIGANTIC!! ahh!! ya, then we changed it to the regular. imagine us each having a regular. definitely cannot finish!
i like the shrimps! "..I have a baby.." "Nooo!! Have mercy!!" hahaha
anyway, the best best part was when we just entered in the cinema. Actually i thought that they were already showing de advertisements, but ACTUALLY they only started at the supposedly "showtime". hahaha! which was 12:45 for us lah.
then when we went in, they were playing the song, STAR WARS!!!!!
ya i was holding our popcorn in my right hand, and my pepsi in my left.
then tiffany just sat down, and then suddenly she was so scary, she just screamed or something. so i just stopped and *phew* the popcorn didnt spill over. And i found out that the reason why she was so "scary" was b'cos the chair was rocky.
it was fun rocking in the chair! then tiffy was pretending to fly, pushing out her fist and rocking in her chair. hahaha! star wars!
So we just entertained ourselves in there, shouting and rocking, cos we were the only ppl there. but soon others started coming in. anyway the cinema was less than half-filled. but it's still fun anyway!
and the worst part (ok la it wasn't too bad) was when we were walking all over the place, trying to find nice places to shop.
IN THE END we went to bugis, and that's where we both got 1 pair of shorts. HAHAHA!!
at least i also got a pair of socks too. but that's not the point!
we wasted all our time walking and walking!! i was getting quite angry. but i managed to keep it down. =D
but actually it's quite fun to walk here and there in the rain with umbrellas. haha!

went to east coast park today, for the 3rd time in my life.
When we first gathered, it was in mccafe, and tho it's supposed to be a class outing, it was so obvious that there were cliques. one clique in this corner, another in the other corner. that's why i don't like my class! argh!
haha, anyway, i was quite afraid that my fishballs would be rejected. cos they were fried by my maid, and in the frying process, the originally normal sized fishy ballies turned small and WRINKLY! hahaha!! but my friends said it's nice n tasty! woohoo!! they're nice after all! =)
we gathered in a shelter and..guess wat game we played first?..FOLLOW THE LEADER!!!!!!!! ahhhahahhah!! there was a leader, and there was a catcher. the catcher was supposed to spot who the leader was. (yea it's a really lame game.)
i was one of the 1st leaders. i started with clappin hands. then i jumped. wrong move! when sheree was looking at me, i couldn't change the move, cos she would know immediately. then everyone was like, can we don jump anymore? ..we are tall enough already! hahah! i realised how good i was in jumping.
later, we went to the sea!! well i couldn't miss the chance, so after awhile, i went into the water! =) *bad idea if u didn't bring extra underwear. my underwear became so sandy, and so did my shorts. UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!
oh ya, after that i went to the bowling place with mer, kerry and rj. i played the 2nd game and i got 46 points! hoohoo! it's my 1st time playing. it was at there place when i realised that i had a ball of sand in my shorts. so mer went to the toilet with me, and i let my sand loose into the toilet bowl. hehe, then mer could hear the toop toop toop toop sound! hahaha! or maybe more like SHHHHHHHHHH (the sand).
later we went to buy shorts! i got this pair of yellow shorts, and when i wore it, i realised that it was extremely short. but it's ok, it covers my butt.
ok, the class outing was kinda fine, but still the class, like always, was separated. not really wat i expected. or maybe i did expect it. =P
wonder wat 3A1 will be like??

Beanbag shhks in, puppy trots in, donkey skips in (yee hahh!).
donkey: hey, look at the sign!
puppy: what sign?
beanbag: ah, whatever.. (knocks on the glass-shhkkk)
Penguins are currently relaxing in the water.
penguin: hey, what's that sound?
penguin1: oh, it's probably the water.
penguin: oh, that's so lovely!!
Puppy climbs onto beanbag and knocks.
puppy: (paw paw)
penguin: hey, what's that sound now?
penguin1: oh, it's probably the fishes in the water.
penguin: that's even lovelier!!
Donkey knocks.
donkey: (tong tong)
penguin: now what's that?
penguin1: oh, it's probably the rocks in the water.
penguin: ah, i see.
[pause]
penguin and penguin1 turns to look at the beanbag, puppy and donkey, and a hole in the glass.
penguin and penguin1: AHHHHH!!!!! a knocker!!! a knocker!!!
All the penguins scurry around in all directions.
penguin 2: Help!! We're melting!! We're melting!!
penguin 3: no, we're not.
penguin 2: ok fine, then, HELP!! I'm melting!! I'm melting!!
penguin 3: no, you're not.
penguin 2:(glares at penguin 3)Cant you just imagine??
[pause]
penguin 3: HELP!! you're melting!! you're melting!!
penguin 4: (steps in) no, he's not.
penguin 3: now can't you just have an imagination?
penguin 4: oh look!
penguin 2: (falling into the ice) ahhhh heeeelppp!!!
penguin 4: he's melting!!!! (other penguins pause and looks at penguin 2)
penguins: AHHHHHHHHHH (scurries around again)
Penguins are mourning for the penguin 2(he froze in a block of ice).
Puppy presents the gravestone he just carved to the late penguin 2 (sob sob).
Gravestone: R.I.P. peengoon 2 (puppy doesn't know how to spell), the peengoon who had too strong an imagination.
Donkey looks at peinguin 2 and knocks on the glass again.
penguin 2: (awakes and breaks out of the ice and glass) HELP!! a knocker!! a knocker!!
Penguins: He's alive!! he's alive!!!
Penguins carry donkey.
penguins: for she's a jolly good fellow! (singing)
penguin 2: hey, don't you know that there's a knocker??!
[pause]

i just realised how terrifically blessed i am..with frens who are so relieving!! haha!
ok first, i was so freakingly stressed out about handing in the results. so i asked chris for advice:thus some probs were cleared. =) then, i asked hmar hmar, and she was soooo relaxed abt the whole thing, and she made me laugh! haha! so, how can i not be relaxed like her?
next, about *eh-hum*, carian and nellyn were just so wonderfully cheerful, i jus forgot about it. tiffany also helped take away some "pain" =)

i went to sch in the morn and was back in less than an hour. only mananged to hand in de breaking new grounds camp form + money, then i went home!!

i shall start by posting about a stress. AHH i still haven't photocopied de results for ms gan n all of us hav alredi handed in our report bks...was so stressed jus now. now i realise even more y my frens r so impt to me, cos they seem to be de only ones who understands besides Jesus! wooo frens r the best!!!!!
like dat time during the company outing, i think i looked really stressed. then whenever i talked to ppl, they would ask me, "are u ok a not?" haha, so CARING! =) gb girls rockk!! =D
anyway, about de results thingy, i was extremely sad and anxious and nervous and of course STRESSED (hehe), but now i feel really happy. anyway, just now i was talking to God,tellin God everything i felt, and then i realised that i should just trust in God. and anyway, i already hav such a bad reputation of being forgetful and irresponsible. God'll take care of it. =) isn't it such a blessin to know the Lord? (back to song~!!!) - knowin U Jesus..knowin U..there is no greater thing....
